@KotakBankLtd Friend passed away in Corona, you are not releasing the funds. @RBI It's not legal to hold his funds and not transferring funds to his wife..

@anandmahindra @udaykotak Can you both help the widow pls? Loan outstanding with you is 15k, savings account has more than 2 lakh rupees. Kotak not issuing remaining amount out of total from savings.

@anandmahindra @udaykotak Edit: loan outstanding is around 80k, I met today wid loan dept, still less than money you blocked on the dead person's savings account.. Shame on you that you are holding amount from a deceased person who passed away in Covid. Think of the window & kid
