PSA: Make sure to put Waystone % chance on your tablets, and waystones, when doing either citadels, or matriach/patriarch halls. This % chance increases the amount of fragment drops you get. Which are worth alot.

WARNING: You can hardlock your atlas with a bug. If you are running Hilda, map upgrade to powerful boss, it can upgrade your quest boss of expedtion, into a Citdael. which than hardlocks your expedition atlas permanently. I now can no longer do expedition as i cant continue the quest.

THIS CAN BE FIXED! But not in SSF. you must join the party of someone else about to complete this quest, get the kill with them, than take the logbook that drops. There is no other way to solve this other than party play that i know about.
