So DoorDash is telling me I can earn the same rate over 40 hours as I do in 5 hours? FURTHERMORE, even β€œhours” is only defined by the assignment to completion time, not waiting. Blatantly dishonest.

The weekend I Dashed, the Chili’s in Mountain View was excellent.
Chatter in the FB groups today about the new pay/estimated time readout. How cynical am I when my first thought is, β€œhow is this going to convince people to accept lower-paying orders?”

At the very least, I’d be verrrrry interested to see how accurate their delivery estimations turn out.
