If Fortnite was on steam it would've been a bigger game lol. This is just Karma for killing off Unreal Tournament. There ARE competitors to steam they just suck for consumers. So much so that gamers don't even want to download FREE games on Epic. I would start there if it were me
The surest way to spot a monopoly? A company makes vast profits from vast markups, does a bad job, is hated by suppliers, and has no competition. Let Steam bring their store to iOS. Let Epic bring our store to iOS. Let the best store win!

Quake/ArenFPS since you know dying was entirely your fault / your lack of skill instead of some dumb knowledge check or broken character ability.

I think it's funny that instead of fixing 4 or 5 OP heroes in deadlock valve just decided to make every other hero insufferable to play against as well. 9 months of balancing thrown out the window 🀣

In case you missed it last night I uploaded my review of the Polarity. Even if you're not in the market for a mousepad at the moment I fragged my heart out in the background clips 🫑 youtu.be/q-EBr7R_u1E

Marathon using the fact they are perma banning cheaters as marketing is kinda funny. That should just be the case by default for every fps. Also doesn't change the fact that the devs thought adding aim assist to mouse and keyboard was a good idea.

Okay lets address FPS gaming and Auto Aim (AA). Note: I'm not using ChatGPT, this is me the human. 1. FPS games and especially online were only possible on PC from the mid 90's till 2001 when XBOX finally joined online play. Quake, Unreal Tournament, Half Life, Duke Nukem & Counter-Strike and more were possible to play before you ever heard of HALO. This was the golden era of online play where people respected each other for good play and not what you see in lobbies today. 2. Gaming and AA today is almost all catered to a 50/50 experience. Very similar to HALO gameplay. The days of one player tearing through a game is almost extinct now. The game developers cater to the masses and want everyone to feel like they're good at shooting people in the games. AA helps a ton with that and makes people feel like they're actually doing something incredible when in fact they're just holding left trigger. 3. Mouse and keyboard is hard to master because its an actual skill. It's kind of like saying it's hard to dunk a basketball. If I could just hold left trigger and dunk a basketball in real life, that would be insane! Just like AA is now for everyone, it's insane! AA today is not what AA was 20 years ago. (AA ) MNK has been around forever, I literally learned in 1994-1995 how to use the mouse for DOOM2. It was a legendary moment because it was far superior to a controller or hitting left and right and ctrl on the keyboard to shoot. MNK > Controller basically forever until AA came around recently. 4. Console games didn't allow MNK. I would of loved crossplay in the 2000's. Every lobby would of been dead and the game developers know it. So they made sure to stay out of that arena. Today, the game devs are constantly trying to find that 50/50 experience and that's why AA was introduced to compensate for the controllers deficits in crossplay. Heck, people were switching to controller just because of AA . It takes away from the pureness of the game which is unfortunate for pro gameplay. It's all about TEAMWORK now. 5. MNK versus CONTROLLER conclusion. I'm all about the MNK as its what defined the upper pinnacle of gaming and esports forever. Even to this day, the biggest esports use MNK. I can't see myself ever really playing on a CONTROLLER for a FPS game. Imagine if you had AA with Mouse and Keyboard? 🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯

Glsswrks Polarity 1st Impressions after 8hrs playtime: It's very thin & the edges are the most comfortable glass pad that I've tried It was quite sticky out of the box but got better the more I used it. The added texture is more subtle than I imagined but still there

In terms of speed it's pretty close to Kazemi level. Everyone has their own definition of balance but to me as a speed pad main I would consider this "Balanced" for a speed pad. I think it's a good all arounder that is suitable for multiple games
