As a consequence, the development of effective and efficient targeting processes, and outcomes in humanitarian protection systems are substantially impacted.
The conslusion is that data-driven humanitarianism is characterised by recurring colonial dynamics as well as intensified frictions that bring epistemic injustices into sharper focus.
