This could be a great resource for narrowing down important and relevant papers if you have a long list of them to get through!
Just sharing in case that is useful. Script to make summaries of entire PDFs from papers using OpenAi chatGPT API, bypassing the token length limit. github.com/AllenInstitute/op… I might add more as I use this to review the literature.

DataJoint Element Calcium Imaging now supports cell extraction using EXTRACT - an algorithm that robustly tackles noisy elements of calcium imaging data in behaving animals. Thanks to our algorithms expert Tolga Dincer. Check out @extractneuro to read more about the algorithm!

The Neurodata Rehack workshop at the Allen Institute was a great experience and our data engineer Joseph is grateful to have attended. It was a great way for us to learn what neuroscientists want in their data pipelines for future integrations into DataJoint elements
