Just sharing in case that is useful. Script to make summaries of entire PDFs from papers using OpenAi chatGPT API, bypassing the token length limit. github.com/AllenInstitute/op…
I might add more as I use this to review the literature.

DataJoint Element Calcium Imaging now supports cell extraction using EXTRACT - an algorithm that robustly tackles noisy elements of calcium imaging data in behaving animals. Thanks to our algorithms expert Tolga Dincer. Check out @extractneuro to read more about the algorithm!

The Neurodata Rehack workshop at the Allen Institute was a great experience and our data engineer Joseph is grateful to have attended. It was a great way for us to learn what neuroscientists want in their data pipelines for future integrations into DataJoint elements
