The sad truth is our gov has been issuing permits for geoengineering that blocks the sun for decades already. Over the past couple years here in North Highlands, California where I live crops grown in my backyard garden have prematurely went to seed, or produced smaller than normal yields. The year before last I had a plane fly over in the late night hours and dump herbicides on my families garden just before harvest. Only that which was shielded by a fence, chicken coup and a mulberry tree survived the flyover sabotage. I now build a 1x2 pine frame and tack clear plastic to it for protection.
