The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.

The worst career advice in networking right now: "stay away from AI until you've mastered the fundamentals."
It's backwards. And it's mostly coming from people protecting how they learned, not thinking about how you should.

AI doesn't replace the expertise. It raises the floor.
The engineer who actually understands BGP gets more out of the tool, because they can spot the wrong answer and ask the sharper question. Fundamentals matter more now, not less.
