A math degree is 1000x time more useful than a computer science degree. My repo got it covered. github.com/valeman/Awesome_M… #math

It’s incredible to me how past societies placed a lot of trust in young men. Nowadays power is jealously guarded by the old because money is a prerequisite for power. Young people being world leaders or generals is completely inconceivable today.

Importance of data visualisation and soft skills
I’ve never seen someone get promoted because their query was “technically impressive.” I’ve seen people get promoted because: - their work doesn’t need explaining - stakeholders don’t question their outputs - managers don’t worry when they’re assigned something critical That’s trust. Here’s how it shows up in practice: Person 1: correct analysis long explanations frequent rework Person 2: clear framing simple outputs aligned with decision context Person 2 gets promoted. Because in senior roles, the real cost is: - confusion - delay - misalignment If your work creates any of those, you are a risk. And promotions are risk decisions. The question is never: “Are you good?” It’s: “Can we rely on you when things are unclear?”

Devs who can code also WITHOUT AI as well looking to became 10x more valuable They are the ones who won’t panic or be idle when their Claude quota runs out… So much for all the advice on how learning to code is not worth it any more…

To manage growing demand for Claude we're adjusting our 5 hour session limits for free/Pro/Max subs during peak hours. Your weekly limits remain unchanged. During weekdays between 5am–11am PT / 1pm–7pm GMT, you'll move through your 5-hour session limits faster than before.
