I moved the Virtual Asset Providers Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 15 of 2025) to its second reading.
Virtual assets are reshaping the entire financial landscape. Kenya, has over 6.1 million users of blockchain.
With the passage of this bill, we can attract over $1B in FDI and create 25,000 jobs, empowering youth and tech entrepreneurs across Africa.
