Is o3 truly AGI?
Honestly, the AGI definition is vague and the goalposts keep moving.
What matters is this: o3 can assist with almost any knowledge-based task at a human level.
It can:
- See images
- Process files
- Search the web
It's changing how business gets done.

2. Explain your challenge to o3 in detail
3. Let it untangle your thinking
I did this last week and got insights comparable to a business coach, so o3 definitely at least paid for the $200/month subscription.

There are 2 types of tasks in your business:
1. Tasks that give you skills you want to learn
2. Tasks you just need done
Use AI differently for each.
For learning: Ask questions, use Socratic mode.
For everything else: Just let the AI handle it.

Before giving any task, ask yourself:
"If I hired someone new who knows nothing about my business, what would they need to know to do a good job?"
Tell that to the AI, then add:
"Ask me any follow-up questions before you start."

2. Make it a Socratic coach (ask questions, don't give answers)
3. Delegate tasks you don't want to learn
Remember: AI should enhance your thinking, not replace it. Use it or lose it.

Stop letting AI make you dumb.
Use it as a Socratic coach instead:
"Act as a [marketing] expert who is a socratic coach. Don't tell me how to do something, just ask me one question at a time to help me figure out the solution."
This forces you to think. Use it or lose it.

The best AI prompts start with:
"Help me think through..."
Not:
"Tell me what to do..."
Big difference in results.
Don't just ask for answers. Ask for questions that lead to your own insights.
