FICTIONAL CONSPIRACY THEORY. NOT A CLAIM OF FACT. We're told the world's first trillionaire just appeared in the 2020s. But imagine for a moment that's only true if you're counting publicly disclosed assets. Imagine that for generations there have been fortunes hidden behind royal families, sovereign wealth funds, central banks, private trusts, holding companies, resource monopolies, offshore entities, and state-owned enterprises. The public is shown billionaire rankings and stock market valuations. But what if those lists only measure wealth that is visible? Imagine a family that doesn't own the oil field, but controls the government that controls the oil field. Imagine a dynasty that doesn't personally own the bank, but appoints the people who run the institutions that create and allocate credit. Imagine a network whose influence spans energy, finance, media, defense, and politics across multiple countries. Would Forbes be able to count that? Would any networth calculator be able to put a number on control rather than ownership? Maybe the first public trillionaire is exactly that: the first PUBLIC trillionaire. Maybe the largest fortunes in history were never held by individuals at all, but by dynasties, states, and institutions that lasted centuries. Maybe the richest people are not those who own the most assets, but those who influence the systems that determine who owns the assets. Or maybe not. Just a fictional thought experiment. I'm just some crazy guy on the internet.

The US government is 160 trillion in debt. Taxing Elon at 100% won't end world hunger. Stop trusting governments!

I feel like the only person on the planet that realizes taxation & the federal reserve makes billionaires, and trillionaires.

My summary after attending @travis4nh' hearing today on HB 1706: No one will commit to the amount of refugees coming to New Hampshire, even when they say that they know their numbers. Nobody can pin down exactly how much is being spent. We can't know the breakdown of funding sources. None of the lobbyists are willing to discuss specific client outcomes. "What would you say you do here?" pointed followups from members of the committee were met with a word salad, deflection, and tugging at heart (and purse) strings. The question of who contracts who and what the state vs fed vs local orgs are responsible for is passed around with no answer. They claim that this is largely volunteer run and funded by private donors, and these programs operated before this state agency even existed, yet they can't operate without federal funding and state support. It's our moral Christian responsibility to invest in the integration of these foreigners, but the government has to pay for it. Doesn't this slight of hand and dodging seem suspicious? How many tens or hundreds of millions of dollars are being funneled and fraudulently spent by organizations in New Hampshire? We don't know, but we should keep digging!

Covid was the biggest wealth transfer in history, but the SpaceX IPO bank bailout might eclipse it in the coming days.

I understand the AOCs & the Lizzy Warrens complaining, but libertarians could be converting some Bernie Bros right now if they decided to discuss free market economics vs the socialist take over that just occurred.

I thought this was a troll account.
Elon Musk didn’t build his wealth. Elizabeth Warren did.

SERIOUS QUESTION: Do you ever really get overwhelmed by how our current reality is a genuine dystopian nightmare yet everyone still acts like it is completely normal ??

Teens (ages 13-19) make up roughly 9% of the US population. Juveniles under 18 (~22% of population) account for about 9-10% of violent crime arrests (BJS: 9.9% in 2022). Adults commit the vast majority. Specific armed robberies by minors remain serious.

Watched a behind the scenes of Little Shop of Horrors. What insane acting, puppeteering, and editing. Aubrey the plant was recorded at 15 FPS, and sped up to look more realistic. So all acting scenes with Rick Moranis, he was slowing down all his movements in real time. His moving, speaking, dancing, singing, and even his physical interactions with the plant.

There are banker families that set the banking interest rates. They know these rates a day in advance. They can give themselves $Fiat by typing a number into a computer. Elon Musk is one of the richest slaves in history.

The U.S. government officially owes about $41 trillion in debt. But when you also count promised future benefits like Social Security, Medicare, government pensions, and other unfunded liabilities, the total obligations are estimated at roughly $150–170 trillion. In other words: the national debt is about $41 trillion, but total government obligations are closer to $160 trillion. If you taxed @elonmusk at 100%, the government is still the problem.
