Glad Punta Roca turned on today. Griff v Gabby semi is the real final. Actual final probably Gabby v Pip if swell drops. The ladies: I'm going a Defay v Gilmore final & Steph for the win but not w/o a fight. Not a bad first edition but El Sal should really be a CS event. #NotJBay

I'll have to rewatch Italo v. Ethan again but I don't think Italo's 8.67 was better than Ethan's 8.6. My first impression was he got the score (better than 7.3) but not by over a point. That's surfing!

Hey @Badinskas! If Ewing smokes Italo in this heat he's officially no longer overrated. I'll let you know in 25 minutes! Still definitely an anglo bias though, even from the token Latin commentator in the booth!😂
