New Sun Devil RB David Avit transferred to ASU from Villanova, where all of his games were broadcast on FloSports or ESPN .
He's hyped for the opportunity to play on the P4 stage in Tempe:
"My parents don't got pay for a subscription to watch me play no more. I'm on national TV...I've always wanted to prove I can play at the highest level. I've been doubted since high school. But it's all meant to be. God has a plan for me, and that's this season."

When ASU reached out to RB Marquis Gillis, the Delaware State RB transfer didn't ask for money. He didn't ask for anything else, either. Instead, he made an offer.
"I'll sleep in the airport just to get a chance to meet with you."
