Had an awesome time ministering at Unite180 Church, led by Pastors David and Chanelle Grobler. I had the privilege of sharing in both the morning and evening services. What a tremendous atmosphere of faith, hunger, and expectation! It was wonderful to see so many lives touched by the presence and power of God. Great church, great pastors, and a great future ahead! 🙏🏼🔥 @Unite180 @DavidGrobler

The “I am the church”, so I don’t need to “go to church” response is foreign to the New Testament.

The Church is the Bride of Christ. And just as any good husband would not tolerate people constantly tearing down his bride… we better be mindful of how we speak about Jesus’ Bride as well.

Starlink has committed to a R500 million investment to connect 5,000 rural schools with free, high-speed internet, benefiting more than 2.4 million learners each year. But it is still on hold. Why? Because South African regulations require 30% local Black ownership for telecom licenses. South African farmers and rural communities are asking the government to approve Starlink. In many remote areas, there is no internet access at all, and people have to drive several kilometers just to get basic connectivity. The South African government is the enemy of its own people.

*OPEN LETTER TO CHRISTIANS IN SOUTH AFRICA (WITH SPECIAL FOCUS ON CAPE TOWN)* CHRISTIANS OF SOUTH AFRICA, THIS SHOULD CONCERN YOU What is happening in our nation should awaken every Christian. Christian symbols. Jesus, Mary, angels, the nativity , have reportedly been removed from the Christmas lights on Adderley Street in Cape Town. Let us speak plainly: Christmas without Christ is not inclusion. It is erasure. For years, Christians have been warned that opposition would not begin with outright bans, but with subtle removal, redefinition, and pressure disguised as neutrality. Yesterday was Christian education Today it is Christmas symbols. Next it is the regulation of pastors and churches. Already before us are: The CRL Commission’s renewed push to regulate the Church The so-called Apartheid Bill pushed by Al Jama-ah, which targets Christians and others who travel to Israel, the birthplace of Jesus Christ Increasing hostility to public Christian expression And now, the removal of Christ from Christmas itself Let us not deceive ourselves: this is not random. Christian pilgrims, pastors, and believers are being stigmatised and threatened for visiting the land of the Bible. Churches are being scrutinised. Christian symbols are being erased from public space. This is not democracy at work. This is ideological pressure. Scripture warns us: “If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?” (Psalm 11:3) Christians of South Africa, especially in Cape Town: Do not be silent Do not normalise this Do not dismiss it as “just decorations” Symbols matter. Public witness matters. Faith expressed openly matters. First they seek to regulate the Church. Then they criminalise Christian pilgrimage to Israel. Now they erase Christ from Christmas. This is not neutrality. It is hostility. We must respond lawfully, respectfully, but firmly. We must hold political leaders accountable, regardless of party. We must stand united across denominations. The war against Christianity is real. But so is the call to courage. Christ will not be erased from His Church, or from history. Shalom,

A sneak peek from the ebook RealFaith just released on Mormonism. When faced with the historical sources of their own faith, the conversation quickly changes from "we're Christians too" to "we're the real Christians." That's where the evangelism can begin. We love and pray for Mormons, and this resource from RealFaith will equip you to engage with them. (Link in Comments)

Some of y’all are telling on yourselves and while I’m disgusted I have to wake up to this sort of blasphemy, I’m glad it’s being dragged out into the light #GrapeGate

Being a Calvinist is crazy
Replying to @Bookm_Danno
No it does not remotely compare. Because in one instance a little girl received the judgment from God she had earned. In the other a perfect man received the judgment I earn. So you are ok with saying God ordained the torment of Jesus but not a sinner?

Jesus: it’s hard for the rich to enter heaven. Calvinism: grace has nothing to do with us. Both can’t be true.

The Christ who died for all, and the gospel of that Christ who died for all, will never ever ever ever never be reconciled to a gospel of a messiah who only died for some. Don’t let anyone gaslight you into thinking they are the same gospel or Christ!

Exegesis: No Calvinism Eisegesis: Calvinism A primer like "How to Read the Bible For All Its Worth" by Fee & Stuart would help so many such cultists out of their cult. Context, cross-references, culture, genre, Hebrew/Greek lexicons, common sense. It doesn't take much.
