Lasten ja nuorten psykiatriset diagnoosit erikoissairaanhoidossa oli 1/5 korkeammat koronapandemian ensimmäisen vaiheen jälkeen verrattuna aikaan ennen koronaa. Nuorten diagnoosit oli 34% korkeampia.

Näin nopea muutos diagnoosien määrässä herättää huolen palveluiden saatavuudesta ja hoidon jatkuvuudesta koronapandemian jälkeen. Tulokset painottavat myös tärkeyden valmistautua äkillisiin muutoksiin yhteiskunnallisissa kriiseissä
