Spent a lot of this year refocusing my energy and leadership in a way that’s mutually beneficial for myself AND my team. Being able to take a break from #FNM2021 & walk across a bridge is a true blessing! N that’s what #worksomewhereyoulove does for you! #Target . Self-care! 🎯🤟🏾

@MikeCasolino asked me if I ever wanted to be an SD, I said yes. He told me to enroll in school 5 yrs ago. Started taking online classes the same month I started chemo, took time off because both of my boys were born, now I’m an SD and I got this in the mail today 💪🏽😬 #blessed

Well that’s interesting—I’d love to 👀his strategy for hiring diverse talent. Find it hard to believe that a company who referred to BLK Americans as “mud people”, has any real way of finding talented people of color.
There’s 100 HBCU’s alone!
