Half true,
Years of extreme solitude forced me to confront everything I used to avoid. Without constant noise, distractions, or validation from others, I was left alone with my thoughts, and that’s where the real change started. This is about what happens when you spend long periods in isolation, how it reshapes your mind, your identity, and the way you see people and the world. Some parts break you down, others rebuild you into someone more aware, more independent, and harder to influence. Not everything about solitude is peaceful, but it can teach you things nothing else can.
Isolating yourself is one of the worst things you can possibly do to yourself. It’s the best way to become hateful about everything. Everybody I know who isolated himself regrets it to the point that they would do everything to go back in time and change the past.
