@O2 not been able to log into my myo2 the link u sent doesn’t work (after waiting 2 weeks!), u set a direct debit up without my permission now getting texts saying my phone will be restricted and I owe bill and have over £100 in charges for my next bill!!!

Funny how I can’t get a call back from a manager for 24-48 hours, but now I’ve said I am leaving have had 2 calls last 5 mins from customer service!!

@smartparktech my friend was visiting a fast food restaurant that has your cameras in place. Has a Disabled son who is in a wheelchair, went 10 mins over the limit. But considering the time to get her son out the car and into his chair, eat and then back out into the car.

Seems a bit unreasonable £100 for 10 mins? They had a disabled badge displayed as well and it’s clearly visible on the picture sent with the letter. Can you please advise as the restaurant said they didn’t even know about the fines? Thanks
