The turnout for the Ja Rule 'concert,' at Kitchener Auditorium, looked mediocre at best; empty seats, and a sh#%tty stage. Ja Rule was one of the defining artists of the era. The man started on the mixtape circuit and blew up! Kitchener simply didn't show up. Lol #JaRule 😆
