This is a Reform candidate in Wales talking about scrapping the default 20mph limit. It probably didn't help her case that she was talking in front of a 50mph sign... There is an important conversation to have about 20mph. While it can be frustrating to drive slowly the data suggests that the policy has already paid for itself many times over in terms of savings for the taxpayer.
