I received the criminal complaint against Adrian Martinez and nowhere in it does it mention him punching an agent
Once again, a false narrative is and was being pushed out on the arrest of a U.S. citizen in Pico Rivera, CA. Don't take our word for it, check out @USAttyEssayli take on it. This subject just caught a federal case for assault on a federal agent. DON'T ASSAULT.

An interesting tack for the recall Bass campaign to take in a city where the mayor (famously) has no official authority over the school system.

The California State Senate will keep its pandemic-era rules restricting press access to Senators during session, ignoring a century of precedent. TV news cameras have an even harder time. Senate Pro Tem Mike McGuire walked away from me when I ultimately asked him to confirm.

When the 6th Street Bridge opened and its 'Ribbon of Light' shined, it was hailed as a love letter to Los Angeles. Now, it's in the dark - the copper wire stripped by thieves. Fixing it could cost the taxpayers about $2.5 million. @Hannahnfry latimes.com/california/story…
