Once again, a false narrative is and was being pushed out on the arrest of a U.S. citizen in Pico Rivera, CA. Don't take our word for it, check out @USAttyEssayli take on it. This subject just caught a federal case for assault on a federal agent. DON'T ASSAULT.

The California State Senate will keep its pandemic-era rules restricting press access to Senators during session, ignoring a century of precedent. TV news cameras have an even harder time. Senate Pro Tem Mike McGuire walked away from me when I ultimately asked him to confirm.
