#warrior included...60 push-ups, 90 deadlifts, 60 burpees, 90 squats, 2 min wall sits, 2 min squat jumps, 2 min planks PLUS lots of running. Getting better isn’t always fun, but feeling good is. Way to go @FiAColumbia
9 PAX came out to #warrior for 2 miles, 200 squats, 100 push-ups and various other devious acts. Way to work together bc we’re always #bettertogether@FiAColumbia
