The hate between real estate agents, wholesalers, investors etc is so forced and comical. Everyone, EVERYONE is trying to make top dollar. And every niche has their own bad/lazy/arrogant/asshole actors. Do good business, treat people well in whatever niche of RE you are in. That’s really all that matters. Not the label.

Not my normal post, but wanted to share anyways. My little sister was flying from Florida to Arizona today with a layover in Texas, where my mom happened to be visiting my grandma. My sisters phone died before my mom could reach her to make plans during her layover. My mom contacted her friends who work for southwest. Figured out what flight crew was on her plane, got in contact with them mid flight and had them on the cabin speaker find my sister to let her know my mom had driven to the airport and was waiting at security in case they were able to tell her in time before getting off the plane. She saw my sister for about 15 minutes, gave her a hug and left when my sister had to get on her flight. I hope to be able to give my future kids someday the certainty of love my mom has provided for me and my siblings. If you’ve got your family in your life, you’re more blessed than you probably realize. Truly what it’s all about at the end of the day

A couple quick novations closed. $0 into the property as always. Dispo practically automated. I predict the next 18-24 months we see most active wholesalers adopting this strategy… (if they haven’t already) Sellers want too much for their house to accept a cash offer but are desperate enough to meet in the middle where a notation offer will land. 500,000 more sellers than buyers currently, more than ever in our country’s history. 1,000,000 people still looking to purchase however… and if you can be the cheapest nice house in the neighborhood? $$$ Will be interesting to see it play out. I’ve built out my infrastructure for exactly this moment.
