Why would the senators from Idaho support a bill that locks Boise State out of P4 forever? Why would Connecticut's senators back legislation that keeps Huskies out of the ACC forever? Or on and on.
Is this just going to set off a quicker round of realignment? If you're Florida State or North Carolina, for example, would you rather be a free agent now.
