Your robotics model isn't underperforming because of your architecture. It's your training data. And the industry has been quietly ignoring this problem for years. Here's what @PrismaXai found and what you should steal from their playbook. 🧵 💧 The real bottleneck in robotics isn't compute or architecture. It's data. Most progress over the past year hasn't come from smarter models. It's come from working around bad data. The field has been patching over a deeper problem. 💧 Current robotics datasets are a mess. Here's what's actually in them: → The same narrow tasks repeated endlessly → Heavy dependence on a handful of hardware vendors → Wildly inconsistent sensor quality → Repurposed VR and machine vision footage dressed up as "robotics-ready" Volume without signal. That's the problem. 💧 @PrismaXai defines usable pretraining data specifically: → Egocentric task video from a bimanual embodiment → Overhead camera showing the full workspace → At least one wrist camera per arm → Enough sensor data to reconstruct full joint state No ambiguity. No shortcuts. 💧 Their preferred setup: 6–7 DoF serial kinematic arms with simple grippers or dexterous hands.** Why? Because that configuration transfers better across different embodiments which is the whole point of building foundation models in the first place. 💧 Their validator framework is where it gets really interesting. Two tiers: Hard pass/fail gates: → Full workspace must stay in frame → No blurry, noisy, or artifacted footage → Tasks must actually match the prompt → No simultaneous multi-actions (models can't cleanly learn from them) → No "non-causal errors" mistakes that undo prior progress teach harmful patterns 💧 Beyond the hard gates, human validators score: → Movement speed (human pace or faster is ideal) → Smoothness — no pauses, stutters, or hesitation → Demonstration variety (repetition kills generalisation) → Level of task completion Think of it as RLHF, but for robot behaviour. 💧 The closed loop is what ties it all together: Collect → Train → Evaluate → Refine collection → Repeat Quality standards are what keep the flywheel spinning in the right direction. Without them, you're just filling a hard drive. 💧 The honest caveat: enforcing this at scale gets expensive fast. Especially once you move beyond teleoperation into real-world environments. @PrismaXai doesn't fully resolve that tension here and it's worth watching how they navigate it. 💧 But the core insight is probably right: Physical AI's next leap won't come from a new transformer variant. It'll come from better data higher fidelity, more consistent, deliberately curated. In a field full of hype, that's a refreshingly unglamorous take. And it might be the most important one. @PrismaXai's validator framework could become an industry benchmark. Their closed-loop methodology positions them to lead. And their argument that data quality beats data quantity deserves to spread far beyond their own pipeline. Physical AI doesn't need more data. It needs better data. If you're building in robotics or training physical AI models this framework should be in your stack. Follow @PrismaXai and watch how this develops. The engineers who get data right now will own the foundation model era. If this thread added value, repost the first tweet so more builders see it. 🔁

Whitelist Application II Is Opened Only 686 Zobby’s survived after the invasion. Each of which will be hand drawn. The 686 are the echoes of the entire human race. x.com/ZobbyNft/status/205893…

Zobby 23/686 We appreciate all the interests, but we are going through every collab request intensively to get the best fit. Last Whitelist application was filled with bots and many bad actors who deleted quotes, some winners selected. The application is open again: zobby.art/ In the meantime GM.

be Pharos: > small raised Funding ( but raised $52M already, with more likely coming ) > binance alpha ( but listed all CEXs actually ) > chinese CEO ( but lived and built in the US before ) > small airdrop ( but 4 figs for each role grinder ) > scam project ( but alloc for most real testnet users ) > ded project ( but szn 2 just started, campaigns still running ) > underrated RWA project ( but one of the strongest ecosystems built ) then wen do we start doing our own research instead of blindly trusting on random KOLs ? 🫠🫠 wen $PROS moon? soon !

I just connected my X to my @Polymarket account even though I know I have less than 1% for any $POLY drop It doesn't take anything to do that for yourself as well No one knows the criteria, all we know is that snapshot hasn't been taken yet It's risk-free of course

The Invisible Revolution: Arc Just Killed the Onboarding Wall @arc integration with @dynamic_xyz just went live and it's not just another partnership announcement, This partnership will quietly removes the biggest reason Web3 apps fail: the moment a normal user hits a wallet prompt and leaves forever. Here's what changed for Arc builders 🧵 📌 The onboarding wall is gone @dynamic_xyz brings social email login, embedded wallets, and a first-session UX that feels like any regular app, these implies that there is no seed phrases, No extension installations and No confused drop-off again Users can just sign up and start using That's it. 📌 You can ship faster now Auth flows, wallet provisioning, recovery logic, signing infrastructure that will be weeks of work every team used to figure out solo but @dynamic_xyz packages it into one SDK this allows builders to Skip the boilerplate and build the actual product. 📌 Retention stops being a mystery. Most Web3 apps lose users in session one, this partnership fix the door, and the rest of the funnel actually works. For @arc-native use cases like P2P payments, treasury management and RWAs. This invisible onboarding equals users who actually transact. 📌 Self-custody without the technical debt. Embedded wallets can feel effortless and preserve true ownership. This is why @Dynamic_xyz makes signing smooth and customizable without touching decentralization. Now, Arc apps can finally have both: great UX and real security. 📌 Multi-chain reach, zero extra effort. Dynamic supports multiple chains out of the box, this allows Arc builders to target users across different ecosystems without the need of rebuilding integrations each time. More reach, less infrastructure headache. 📌 Institutional security as standard. Dynamic is backed by Fireblocks which means for builders targeting regulated flows or institutional capital, the compliance baseline matters and it pairs perfectly with @arc's sub-second finality. 📌 The ecosystem signal matters. When the UX problem is solved, better projects come. Better projects means more liquidity, more TVL, and stronger network effects for every builder already on Arc. @arc gives you the rails and @Dynamic_xyz gives you the front door You used to have to build through that door yourself which is usually badly, and always slowly but Now you don't. The UX layer finally matches the infrastructure. @bobbilee @samconnerone @bleso_a @silencexlm @jerallaire 🔁 RT if you're building on Arc. 👇 Drop your project below.
