I think a good idea Russell had for this last (disastrous) go was to compromise, surrender to the short seasons, but do one every year. I think I'd rather have 7 episodes a year than ten episodes every 2 years. We'll see!

When Doctor Who does come back they need to go back to ten episodes a season at a minimum. You can't have people wait for the next 2-3 years all for 8 lousy episodes.
