Al-An'am - Verse 120 وَذَرُوا ظَاهِرَ الْإِثْمِ وَبَاطِنَهُ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَكْسِبُونَ الْإِثْمَ سَيُجْزَوْنَ بِمَا كَانُوا يَقْتَرِفُونَ Shun all sin: open and secret. Indeed, those who commit sin will be punished for what they earn. #reminder

GUARDRAILS OF FAITH: QUR'AN AND SUNNAH WARNINGS Day 35: Consuming Pork Pork is explicitly forbidden in Islam. ﴿إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱلۡمَيۡتَةَ وَٱلدَّمَ وَلَحۡمَ ٱلۡخِنزِيرِ﴾ “He has only forbidden you dead animals, blood, and the flesh of swine.” (Qur'an, 2: 173). Hadith (Ṣaḥīḥ al‑Bukhārī, no. 5539; Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim, no. 1936): إن الله ورسوله حرم بيع الخمر والميتة والخنزير والأصنام “Allah and His Messenger have forbidden the sale of wine, dead animals, swine, and idols.” (Bukhari, 5539; Muslim, 1936). Consuming pork is a clear violation of divine command. Wednesday 24 Dhul Hijjah, 1447 AH (NMSC, Nigeria).

This is my worst 😭 investment of all. I was learning how to invest and joined a club that charged 100k, only to get three useless stock suggestions from the idiot. He kept telling me to hold until I sank. This is the worst of all: FTFT kept doing reverse splits, initially 4-for-1 and then 10-for-1. Now I am left with just 2 shares.

Now, it is up to the individual to choose whether to accept the guidance with gratitude (shakiran) or reject it with ingratitude (kafoora).

Today's Beautiful Hadith is about Visiting the Soothsayer Safiyya reported from some of the wives of Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) having said: He who visits a diviner ('Arraf) and asks him about anything, his prayers extending to forty nights will not be accepted. (Sahih Muslim, Book 26, Hadith 5540) Not a leaf falls without his knowledge? Remember this Ayah? Allah knows and sees EVERYTHING. Rely on him alone and no-one else. No-one is privvy to the unknown, start each day by trying your best and leave the rest to Him. GUARDRAILS OF FAITH: QUR'AN AND SUNNAH WARNINGS Day 32: Breaking Trust (Amānah) Trust is sacred; betrayal is hypocrisy. “Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due.” (Qur'an, 4:58). لا إيمان لمن لا أمانة له “There is no faith for the one who cannot be trusted.” (Ahmad, 12567). Misusing entrusted money, positions, or responsibilities is betrayal of faith. Sunday 21 Dhul Hijjah, 1447 AH (NMSC, Nigeria).
