Looking at the comments of this post just shows how the current FGC doesn’t know their history. Yes SF2 and SF as a whole made FG mainstream, but with SNK and Fatal Fury, you wouldn’t have all that you enjoy in FGs and specifically SF Alpha/3/4/5/6 as Fatal Fury and by extension Art of Fighting and Samurai Shodown are what elevated the genre to new heights and with new mechanics that SF later implemented. Also, it seems people are ignorant that the man who created Street Fighter also created Fatal Fury and Art of Fighting and that SF2 and Fatal Fury were in development at the same time and released the same year. Play more fighting games beyond what “influencers” are playing and the current trending games and actual learn about the history of fighting games.

Girl-dad here, my daughters are in their early 20s now. To all the guys out there who society told being a responsible father was a fate worse than death, and who are now getting a glimpse through Pragmata of what fatherhood might be like: You were lied to hard, sorry bro, being a father is the most amazing thing on earth. But it's not too late, go find a good woman, marry her, raise a family, provide, be responsible, go all in. Be the protector you were made to be. You've got this, king.
The fact that a game like Pragmata that has characters that form a father daughter bond is the least bit controversial tells me society is fucked up beyond repair. If you are offended by this game, you are a miserable human being.

Nadie molestaba a nadie. Me quedé quieto. —¿Solo? ¿Conmigo? —Sí. —¿No tienes trabajo? Me ganó cuatro veces.

Dear old people, i'm sorry, waking up at 6am, tending to a garden, eating dinner at 5pm, reading books, and going to bed at 9:30pm feels amazing. I was wrong. You were right.

If you're 40. Instead of regretting that you can't wake up age 20 again, pretend to yourself that you're 90 and you've woken up age 40 again, and that you get to magically, wonderfully have the next 50 years again.

We need more stories and movies about just plain straight up heroes. This culture the last 15ish years of muddying the waters on what’s right and wrong or good and evil has done horrible damage on our society imo.

Superman is a distant god who thinks humanity is a burden, Robin Hood was actually a piece of shit, Batman just wants to beat people up, etc..a sign of a sick society is when we can't even imagine our heroes being heroic.

One of my wishes for the world is to bring back garage bands. Kids just learning cool instruments and jamming out hoping to get a gig playing for their highschool prom or some kids birthday party.
