Found out that Sweetwater is nominated for Outstanding Independent Feature at this year’s @naacpimageaward @naacp
Grateful that I was able to be a part of this important film. The story deserved to be told and thankfully, it was.
Congrats to the maestro, Martin Guigui and the entire Sweetwater team.
Airs March 16th on @BET and @CBS

Great team of filmmakers, exceptional crew, and a very talented cast. From the first time I read the script I was hooked, and I love the reaction it has gotten so far. The writer/director/producer, Nick DeRuve, and his team worked tirelessly on this project. Happy more folks will get to see it.
