As of 2026, - Nigeria has 300,000 illegals migrants from Ghana, Chad, Niger, Cameroon and Benin. - 870,000 identified foreign nationals overstaying their visas from South Africa, China, India, etc - 127,000 asylum and refuge seekers majorly from central Africa.
