Went fridge foraging tonight, trying to use up some very sad leeks, cucumber and spinach... Fried the leeks with spices & chickpeas, dolloped sour cream at the bottom, wilted spinach, fried an egg & topped with chilli & pea shoots. Make it your own, get creative! #lockdowndinner

Taco Tuesday heaven... My homegrown broccoli, rocket and pea shoots (thank you Dad!) made this rather messy dish look infinitely better, but more importantly their flavour packed a real punch! Made using Herd’s butcher beef 🤤 Full recipe on blog soon
