The "Heron-like" UAV was developed in partnership with Polaris Raumflugzeuge, which was responsible for the Airframe design. The UAV is equipped with 2 JetCat-P1000-PRO Turbojet engines, with a thrust of 112 kg each, and has space for the installation of 2 more such engines.

For takeoff and landing, the UAV has a retractable landing gear. The UAV is armed with a IRIS-T (including in the SLS and SLM versions) guided missile from Diehl Defence, mounted on a rail guide above the fuselage, similar to how similar missiles are mounted on the "Heron".
