Look, folks. Space isn't the Wild West.
You don't jump on a wagon and head west in search of gold.
The vast majority of this business is based on one thing: connectivity.
That is not going to change. Not for 5 years. Not for 10 years. Space-based AI compute is a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow where one end of the rainbow is decades away.
If you want to invest now? The way to invest is for connectivity. And $ASTS is the choice for that. Not rockets. Not Rocket Lab. Not solar power in space.
Connections are the killer app.
$ASTS is the killer tech.
If you think SpaceX is a rocket company with an internet business, you're basically valuing Amazon on book sales in 2005.

$ASTS had a major setback today. Thankfully nobody at BO was hurt.
Now, instead of changing the world a few months earlier, AST will have to take a little longer. And, yes, they will have to pay more for launch, at least a little.
Do either of these things actually change the long term trajectory of ASTS? The answer is no.
In short, the people selling today are tourists, traders and bears. And I wish them the best. Because what they do today will surely be reflected in tomorrow.

$ASTS per Fintel, shorts haven't even really begun to cover. They're one DoW or DA announcement away from obliteration.
If I was a dumb short (see: @Stonefoxcapital) I would be doing mental gymnastics right now. Probably drinking all the Kool Aid about bubbles and market corrections. Basically looking for any bias-confirming data I could find.
Yet the objective reality is that ASTS is a paradigm-changing company that will alter the world forever. It should be worth more than $RKLB right now, market cap wise. (No hate for RKLB!).
