Nigel Farage vows to evict all foreign nationals from social housing if Reform gains power independent.co.uk/news/uk/po… Like the text or design that runs through the entire length of a Candy Rock one can buy at any British seaside resort, Xenophobia runs through the Reform Parties veins as an indelible conspicuous feature.

De Niro: I hate to say it, but loving our country is starting to sound like an abused spouse saying they love their abuser. I can’t love a country that starts stupid and inhumane wars, killing thousands of innocents and indirectly causing the deaths and suffering of millions more. I can’t love a country that takes healthcare away from millions of people and uses that money to enrich their pals in the Trump-Epstein class. I can’t love a country that sends out masked militias to shoot citizens in the streets, torture our neighbors, and separate families. I can’t love a country that’s led by a racist, misogynist, xenophobic tyrant. And let me just say it: I can’t love a country that’s led by Donald Trump and his sycophant Congress.

And it all began nearly 1,000 years ago, when a monk named Anthony returned to ancient Kyiv from a monastery on Mount Athos in Greece. He was seeking solitude and the life of a hermit, and so he secluded himself in small caves among the green hills on the banks of the Dnipro, where centuries earlier Vikings sought shelter while traveling far to the south along the great river had stopped and sought shelter. People learned of the piety of the hermit Anthony, and disciples began coming to him in the caves. Over many years, they dug entire labyrinths in those caves, where they prayed and labored in the half-darkness -- and reverently noticed that after death the bodies of the monks remained incorrupt (of course, this was due to the unique microclimate deep inside the caves). Thus was born the famous Kyiv Pechersk Monastery (that is, the “Cave Monastery”), which would later become the magnificent Lavra -- the foremost and greatest holy site of Christian Rus'. A real city within a city, with magnificent ancient churches built by rulers of different eras, monastic caves, gigantic crowds of pilgrims, and, in later times, the famous 97-meter bell tower, one of Kyiv's calling cards, visible for many dozens of kilometers along the banks of the Dnipro. Over its 1,000 years, the Lavra survived the internecine wars of the princes of Rus', the Mongol invasion, long years of decline and rebirth. It was the foremost center of learning and printing, and it was in its caves that the legendary monk Nestor wrote the famous Primary Chronicle -- the principal book of historical memory of the East Slavic peoples. It survived the barbarity of the Bolsheviks. It survived destruction during World War II. It survived centuries during which Moscow priests, having seized it, lorded over it. It will survive Putin and his fascist Russia as well -- no matter how the monster pukes blood in powerless rage because it cannot defeat Ukraine, and no matter how hard it tries to wipe from the face of the earth everything it cannot seize.

AfD members laughing like they are avid Putin supporters and for all that he stands for. While the AfD are in Moscow, they could shake hands maybe with a fellow Putin admirer, Tommy Robinson, from the UK who also happens to be Nigel Farage's, and Reform Parties, alter Ego. The UK is sinking into a Xenophobic toxicity blending in with a love of Putin. That is no accident..

Tommy Robinson visit Russia and shows his true colours for all to see theguardian.com/uk-news/2026… What Irony, a great British 'Patriot' Tommy Robinson, sees fit to visit Moscow, stay in a 5 Star Hotel and praise Russia's War on Ukraine. Robinson is Nigel Farage's alter ego, so those who vote for Reform Party should know what dubious cause they are voting for.

🚨 James O’Brien ABSOLUTELY RINSES a Brexit voter live on LBC Brexit voter Richard: “You’re very rude to me, aren’t you?” James: “I am very rude to you because of what you’ve done to my country.” One year on: GDP hit by 6-8%, trade down 15%, businesses struggling, no sunlit uplands in sight, just excuses. This level of brutal accountability is what we need back. Full rinse here 👇👇👇👇

Brexit has made the nation poorer while Nigel 'Teflon' Farage may become the next PM as like lemmings we this imposter off the precipice, taking the UK with it! Labour's Tax revenue hits on businesses was down to stagnation of Tax coming into the treasury to pay for the services we all want-it tied its hands with too many manifesto promises that pleased voters but someone had to pay the price when Brexit caused a huge hit on GDP, reducing Tax revenues by over £50 billion a year. Nothing should be seen in isolation!

So many wasted Wars that achieved little. Ukraine still stands but so many lost lives- they fought for their Independence and for their own democracy. Russia left with its own War dead and those maimed for life and all for the deranged 'legacy' of one Man, Putin. In Middle East, neither HAMAS or the IDF have anything to celebrate unless you count 72000 dead and again thousands left maimed for life alongside the desolation of Gaza as a 'success'?.
In Ukraine, dancing the waltz is a graduation tradition. But for countless teenagers today, this milestone is heavy with grief. In Kyiv, one graduate chose to dance the final dance of her childhood in front of her fallen father’s portrait at the Alley of Heroes.

This is one of my favourite Hymns by far! 'All people that on earth do dwell' - Westminster Abbey youtu.be/5QgakrRvsX8?si=BOUS… via @YouTube It was written way back in 1594 by William Kethe, based on Psalm 100, set to the tune Old 100th from the Genevan Psalter (1551) and arranged by Ralph Vaughan Williams (1872-1958) especially for the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953! This dates from 2022. Great Trumpet and Organ sound and an apt event too- Commonwealth Day with all the nations flags, the wonderful attire of the proud flag holders and the ceremony. 1953, what a great Year-The First Ascent of Mount Everest and the discovery of DNA structure by Watson, Crick, Franklin and Wilkins!!

Guess in what language the Ukrainian tennis player Kostyuk was talking with her Ukrainian counterpart Svitolina before quarter final match? The two most ardent Ukrainian "patriots" who made a political spectacle out of the tournament spoke their native Russian to each other.

Many Ukrainians are bilingual, so your post is high in hypocrisy and irrelevance. There are many Soldiers who are fighting for Ukraine who speak only Russian so what's your point? My Ukrainian relatives are also bilingual, but many now reject Russian language and its culture. The chasm between Ukraine and Russia is now permanent, that is Putin's deranged legacy to History.

Israel executed Theodosia Karam in South Lebanon. A young Christian woman returning home after finishing her university exams. Israel struck her family’s civilian car, killing Theodosia, her brother Tony, and her father James. Today, the Christian town of Qlayaa buried them.

We need the Christian leaders in the UK and all over Europe to call Israel out for heinous acts of murder of civilians of Lebanon trying to lead a life of 'normalcy' but where IDF 'gamers' shoot to kill innocent civilians with their joysticks. Israel's War in Lebanon is one of futility as is it will do nothing to stop the missiles hitting Northern Israel. We need a comprehensive agreement between Iran and Israel, not one that pushes the can down the road..

More of CNN's false equivalence language. Ukraine is not targeting St. Petersburg, but striking military installations, Russian warships, and oil refineries. It's the Russian terror state that strikes cities and targets civilians. edition.cnn.com/2026/06/03/e…

Israel massacred this entire Syrian family in Adloun, South Lebanon. A father. A mother. Six children. They fled the bloodshed of Syria hoping to find safety. Instead, Israel dropped a bomb on their home and exterminated the entire family in a single strike.

Israel acts as the judge and the executioner of Lebanese people. The state of Israel decays as the IDF can murder with impunity since they know their arms suppliers, the USA, give total support to them with no boundaries. The modern definition of what a 'ceasefire' means will need to change as what we see here and in Gaza is a cessation in name only, not in action.
