Hi @Meta @MetaVerified , I’m a Meta Verified subscriber and I’ve been locked out of “Talk to a Meta Expert” for 2 weeks. Issue: Support button won’t load in app or web. Reported as a bug 7 days ago, no fix yet. Account impact: 11-year fitness creator account @ delaneyshort . AI flagged all workout content as “sexual content” false “scam account selling links” violation. Had to ID verify to remove it. Problem: I’m paying for human support to resolve false AI flags, but can’t access it. My engagement is tanked even though my account is fully green now and eligible for recommendations. I am scared to post anything because every workout video gets flagged.[delaneyshort] Can you escalate this and restore the support chat? I’m paying for a service I can’t use while my account is constantly under AI review. As u can see, all of my previous flags are all workout and posing videos fully clothed in the gym. This has never been a problem for me until last month.
