In the afternoon, we put our culinary skills to the test. We practised peeling, cutting, and de-seeding to create fresh vegetable sticks, perfect for sampling our authentic guacamole and tomato salsa! 😋🇲🇽

We continued the day by exploring six famous Mexican landmarks. We were been busy sketching their beauty and categorising them as either human or physical features. The classrooms were full of budding geographers! 🌍

From the London skyline to the ancient wonders of Mexico! ✈️We spotted the capital’s landmarks from above before refuelling with some in-flight refreshments🥤 As we came in to land, the excitement peaked when we caught sight of the incredible Aztec pyramids! 🇲🇽
