This is an article of mine about ethics and decision-making. A five-minute read. Timely, if nothing else.
Ethical Decision Making in a Crisis - Hult Ashridge’s Roger Delves discusses the tension between personal values and organizational imperatives—and why otherwise ethical people sometimes make unethical decisions iedp.com/articles/ethical-de… @Ashridge_Biz @DelvesRoger

Doing a free to join webinar for the super Nova School in Lisbon. Tonight 6 pm UK. Only 30 mins. Leadership for tomorrow. Come along. Register via link roletoplay.novasbe.pt/webina…

I have a one-pager on p62 tinyurl.com/th3kx8h It's about how leadership development has to change. Written just pre-Covid. Even more pertinent now. Thought-provoking I hope.

In lockdown, companies still contribute to the apprenticeship levy. Ashridge is still teaching apprenticeship programmes - entirely virtual now. Click on the link to see what we're doing. To see how I've aged, click on the play button when you land! lnkd.in/ezXWveX

hult.edu/blog/leaders-heres-… is my blog on Hult Insights, about how leaders can build engagement and performance by creating places of psychological safety. Helpful as leaders face previously unimaginable challenges in extraordinarily difficult and different circumstances?

12 companies took a fresh look at how #leadership development is being transformed in the rapidly changing environment, at a time of technological #disruption. The final report of the #EFMD Special Interest Group is now available 👏 @ebase , @DelvesRoger bit.ly/2TMi82n

This is an article in HRD Connect around the recent EFMD SIG Report into innovations in leadership development which I co-facilitated. Timely as we look for leadership in a moment of crisis?
With HRD's focus shifting to #leadership for the month of April, we began looking further into the key skills required for this space. Professor @DelvesRoger, @Hult_Business, assisted us in doing this: loom.ly/FLugjt0 #HR

This was a great report to help create. Lots of fascinating insight. Timely too: seems we need leaders more than ever for now and for tomorrow.

I sat this morning in the beautiful new Nova Business School campus in Lisbon listening to the architect who designed it. Imagine that. He was standing inside his own idea. How thrilling must that be!

About to do a webinar for potential Hult students on the DNA of tomorrow’s leaders. Point one: it probably needs an overhaul.

Hult UG campus never fails to surprise. It doesn’t matter WHY there’s a rabbit in the desk. Just revel in the fact that there is...
Thank you @talkroberto always fun to be with you on 3 Counties Radio. In awe of your professionalism. And we barely mentioned Brex...

Spending much more time alone causes one to reflect on reflection. It’s so powerful yet so at odds with how many spend their time. It took a life changing trauma to give me reflection time. High price but at least some recompense.

This Brexit mess is a national embarrassment. May's deal satisfies no one and will leave the country worse off. The people must have the final say on the deal and the option to remain before jumping over the Brexit cliff edge. Agree? Add your name > libdems.org.uk/exit-brexit

Interested to hear NI inquiry into court procedures around witness dignity in rape trials. Breakthrough when humanitarian considerations trump processes.
