Dear @jack, why is @Square Online so bloody frustrating to use? 1. There is no method to support clients as an Agency. 2. "Phone" support is redirected to chat support. 3. Chat support seems to be Level 1 at best. 4. You can't build with menus offline until you pay to upgrade.

@BoldCommerce is removing their free tier for their Xero app for Shopify and not grandfathering - the next plan is $19.99 USD :( This wouldn't bother me except I am still in startup phase. A costly expense that I can't justify. Please offer a cheaper tier?

@BoldCommerce I get that you have probably had to go through a lot of financial wizardry for your tiers to balance the books, but I do like the gradual pricing options I get with stock-sync.com which suits my very small volumes currently.
