Heavy fire from a single family dwelling under construction this afternoon near 33rd and Navajo in North Denver. One Firefighter taken to Denver Health with burns to his back - small area burned. Fire investigators looking for cause of fire.

Crews were busy this morning at a fire in SW Denver near 3rd and Perry. Multiple outbuildings in a residential backyard were on fire when firefighters arrived. No injuries and fire investigators are on scene looking for fire cause.
5000 Block of Washington St. A detached garage and fence fire. Looks like it went from an outside fire into the garage. No injuries. No damage to other structures.
7th &Osage. DFD sent on a PFAS and found a fire on arrival. Fire in a 1st floor unit. Stubborn to put out because the sprinkler was unable to reach the seat of the fire. Fire is out now and confined to the unit of origin.Working on ventilation. No injuries. Investigators on scene
1775 W. Wesley Ave. recycling yard fire. Large pile of trash is burning. No exposures or structures are being threatened now. The fire has been darkened down. Heavy equipment operators from the facility are on the way to help tear the debris pile apart to complete extinguishment.
14th & Yosemite on a 2 car collision with 1 driver trapped. Crews moved 1 car back to allow access for extrication and had the person out and into the ambulance in just a few minutes.
Around 1 pm today firefighters were dispatched to an auto vs house near 9th and Holly. They arrived to find a car on fire that had ran into a house and caused significant damage. The collapse team is on scene now shoring up the residence. Driver transported to hospital.
