tbh, watching this again and what i consider as broken can be easylie fixed by adding some bailing. like, when you land sideways or crash against a rail. pretty much how is was in the prototype x.com/Der_Kevin/status/19618…
Okay, here’s something I hate in modern skate games: every failed trick ends with the character turning into a ragdoll as if they’d been shot in the head. Here, you’ll just get off the board, tumble a bit, and then continue walking #gamedev#screenshotsaturday
somehow i ended up creating my own animation system because i didnt want to learn a new one. Recorded myself creating a ...*check notes*... 540 Variel Heelflip.. yes! #gamedev
the camera is actually the hardest part. not clipping through the pipes and all that stuff. went with a constant check where it can go and still keeping the distance since i hate when the camera constatly zooming in and out. looks like that
low effort asset flip "friendslop" idea:
bring me home. you had 1 or 2 beer to much, and your gurdian angel hand has to bring you home now #gamedev#madwithunity
i have created a cone mesh generator #madewithunity that will also tell you how much money you saved. might do a kickstarter to get it into full production soon since it will bring your #gamedev budget down by A LOT!
I was heartbroken and blindsided when I learned that my job was no more on the morning of February 19th. This is not the ending to the journey I had dreamt of and committed myself to seeing through — not by a long shot. But despite the confusion and sadness, I know there’s something new on the horizon for me.
This isn’t the end, and I’m excited to discover a new path — but I need your help! If you need a passionate, dedicated and loyal Game Developer or know someone who does, hit me up!
Thank you.
Here’s a glimpse of what I bring to the table.

this has been a year ago. and it damn rough - mostly because it came out of nowhere. But looking back at it, it was even a good thing since it gave me a much needed change
