They provide excellent education courses - many for free! - and they encourage consideration of Insurance as a career for graduates.

Great guide to AI/ML in insurance by @InsTech_London & @MerttsR. The point that 90% of the work is in data prep is well made. In our experience this is the area that companies are least willing to spend time & money on - unfortunately it is the bedrock of any data strategy.
