Wizzybug should be viewed as 1 way of a child moving - powered mobility doesn't have to replace a walking aid or manual wheelchair. Research has shown skills learnt through having something like Wizzybug can transfer to other mobility. How cool is that? designability.org.uk/assisti…
We have other equipment - do we need a Wizzybug, too? YES! Wizzybug is just one way of moving. It doesn’t have to limit the use of walkers, manual wheelchairs or other mobility equipment. It can offer fun, exploration and mobility unlike anything else.
