This year, I’m practicing something simple (and uncomfortable):
When I notice myself spiraling, I ask one question —
“What’s the smallest step I can take right now?”
No big plans. No mental gymnastics. Just forward motion.

What I’ve learned is this:
You don’t stop overthinking by having better thoughts.
You stop by choosing movement anyway.
Imperfect action beats perfect intention. Every time.

I replayed decisions.
I questioned moves I hadn’t even made yet.
I tried to think my way into confidence instead of acting my way there.
And the truth? Overthinking doesn’t protect progress — it delays it.
