I went back to this piece that always felt dull and flat. I added more color and shading on the pot. First picture is the end result and the second picture is how it look before.

I think it’s finished.
How long did it take to get here?
7 times painting from design to detail (1-2 hours each)
7 times in the kiln each time reaching 1400°
28 hours of high heat (until the cone melted each time)
56-70 hours total cool down
Over 90 hrs total
