I owe you an apology.
I stepped away for a while. The project didn't become what I promised, members drifted off, and I went quiet instead of facing it head-on. That's on me. You deserved better communication, and I didn't give it to you.
I've spent that time rebuilding not excuses, just work. I'm solo now, and that's actually freeing: no roadmap I can't keep, no promises bigger than my own two hands.
Here's my commitment going forward: I'll ship. Everything I build that I genuinely believe is good enough for you, I'll put in your hands. No hype cycles, no vaporware just real products, shipped one by one.
