A total of 69 Lycanrocs entered the tournament, 48 out of those made points, if we only consider the og team, its 45 of them
Idk if any of the other 21 lycanrocs are different versions, but worst case scenario 68% of people who bought the report made the money back

gonna be real that lycanroc team and its variations made up almost 10% of points earning teams at NAIC. dunno what the conversion rate is but those 512 people certainly got a return on their investment, discourse be damned

Now Toxapex seems a good call and people are playing it during NAIC.

Somehow I made Top 32 to the Turin Special Event 2026, a tournament i didn't want to attend due to how poorly my prep was going, having truly the most stacked run of the weekend.

Both Lycanroc and Steelix are prime example of how M-A, while being a very restrictive meta, it is not solved at all. The fact that there are Pokémon so centralizing in the format means it's easier to pick "non-meta" and being rewarded.

One thing that keeps haunting me about this tournament is how poorly I played, and can't get behind the fact that I did it on streams 2 times. Part of me knows that I could've played much, much better.
Really wanted to express this feeling here, sorry if it does sound annoying.
