Landlords are required to remove debris, clean/sanitize the flood-damaged area, and ensure the hot water heater and furnace are working. Landlords who do not meet these requirements are subject to a $250/day fine. Inspections will begin July 20. #detroitmayorbriefing

Last Juneteenth, we unveiled the "Power to the People" mural, which was featured in the @DycOfficial video "Glory."
This year, GM is helping Dr. Massey and his students repaint the mural, which will remain a part of our city for years to come.
