The @Belleisleaquarium is getting a blast from the past! The plaster has been removed allowing for restoration of the original ornate ceiling. Weāre so excited to be continuing the work of restoring Belle Isleās beauty!

Today in STEM History: In 1904, the Belle Isle Aquariumāthe oldest in the US opened. In 2005 the aquarium closed its doors until it reopened in 2012 as the Belle Isle Conservancy.
