‘A Cade Christmas’ was an AMAZING event benefiting THE Detroit people. It was awesome seeing business leaders, faith groups, Pistons officials, and more all out to support Cade’s vision for giving back to Detroit. #Pistons star Cade Cunningham and his family have been dedicated to giving back to Detroit since he was drafted. And they didn’t wait, by his first Christmas in the city he had participated in food and gift drives, and visited programs benefiting youth basketball groups as far out as Flint and beyond. Last season Cade ran a coat drive not just here in Detroit, his adopted home, but also Dallas, Texas, where he was born and raised. This year they “took things up a notch” with ‘A Cade Christmas’ where Detroit families were treated to dinner, games, music, gifts and moments to hang out with Cade Cunningham! It was a very personal and intimate setting that allowed the Detroit families to be up close and personal playing games, eating food and taking photos with Cade and his family. Again, shout out to Cade and the Cunningham family for their continued dedication to Detroit and the great state of Michigan.
